Yes. We sell to businesses only, so we need a resale certificate, a business license or an equivalent registration before the first shipment. If you are still forming the business we are happy to quote in the meantime so you can plan your opening budget.

Yes, and most of our customers do. Mixed pallets let a smaller buyer reach a volume tier that would be out of reach category by category, and they reduce the freight cost of running four separate suppliers.

Pricing is quoted per line item based on quantity, packaging format and current landed cost. Volume breaks apply at case, half pallet and full pallet levels. Quoted pricing is held for thirty days so you can plan a purchase without watching the number move.

We accept ACH bank transfer, domestic and international wire, company check and major credit cards. Card payments above a stated threshold carry a processing surcharge that will be shown on the quote before you approve it.

Established accounts with a consistent order history can apply for net thirty terms. New accounts begin on prepayment. We will normally review a terms request after three or four completed orders and a satisfactory trade reference check.

We supply third party and generic branded accessories, not counterfeit product carrying another company trademark. Power products carry UL or ETL testing where applicable, radio products carry FCC declarations and lithium products carry UN38.3 transport documentation. We hold the paperwork on file and will supply it with your order.

We begin sampling cases and protectors for a new flagship before general release and normally hold launch inventory within days of the handset reaching shelves. We also keep coverage on older and mid tier models long after national retailers drop them.

Yes. For any item you have not bought before we will send a sample so you can judge build quality yourself. On a first order the sample cost is credited against the purchase.

Yes, on qualifying volumes. We handle custom printed blister cards, boxes and hang tags, logo application on selected power banks, speakers and flash drives, and your own barcode and price point printed at the factory. Artwork proofs and preproduction samples are provided before the run.

Stocked items on orders placed before 2 PM Eastern ship within twenty four hours. Items that require a factory run or a custom pack have a lead time stated on the quote, normally between two and five weeks depending on the product and the quantity.

Yes. We run export and consolidated container programs to North America, the Caribbean, Latin America and West Africa. We provide commercial documentation and preshipment inspection, and we coordinate with your named freight forwarder.

Local buyers can arrange will call pickup from our Valley Stream, New York location by appointment during business hours. Confirm the pickup window in advance so the order is picked and staged before you arrive.

Stock carries a twelve month warranty against manufacturing defect from the invoice date. Defective units are credited or replaced once returned or documented. Non defective returns are considered case by case within thirty days on unopened stock and may carry a restocking charge.

Notify us within five business days with the purchase order number and photographs. We will issue a replacement or a credit. Freight damage is documented with the carrier on your behalf, so you do not have to run the claim yourself.

Yes, and it costs nothing. We provide peg hook and shelf tag layouts for four foot, eight foot and twelve foot accessory walls, price laddering guidance inside each category and a follow up review of sell through so the mix improves over time.
