Privacy Policy

This is a marketing website for a wholesale business. It has no accounts, no shopping cart and no visitor database, and this policy says exactly what that means for your information.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Higa Trader LLC respects the privacy of every buyer who visits this site. The sections below describe what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can ask us to change or remove it.

Overview and scope

Higa Trader LLC is a wholesale distributor of electronic accessories. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. It is written for the people who actually use the site: buyers, owners and purchasing managers asking us for a quotation.

This policy covers this website only. Information you give us by phone, in email sent directly to a member of our team, or in the documents exchanged during an active purchase order is handled with the same care but sits outside the scope of this page.

Information we collect

There are only two ways this website receives information about you.

  • Contact form submissions. When you send us a message we receive your name, your company name, your email address, your phone number, the message you write and anything else you choose to include, such as a product list, a target quantity or a competitor invoice reference.
  • Standard server access logs. Our hosting provider keeps the routine technical record every web server keeps: the page requested, the date and time, the browser and operating system reported by your device, and the network address the request came from. These logs exist to keep the site online, to diagnose faults and to identify abuse.

To be plain about what this site is not: there are no user accounts, no login, no customer portal and no shopping cart. We do not process payments online and no payment details are ever entered on this website. Your contact form submission is not stored in a database on our servers. It is delivered to our sales mailbox as an email message and lives there like any other piece of business correspondence.

How we use information

We use what you send us to do business with you. In practice that means:

  • Responding to your quote request and asking follow up questions about your list
  • Preparing pricing, case counts, lead times and freight estimates
  • Setting up your account details so an order can be invoiced and shipped correctly
  • Fulfilling orders and handling warranty claims, returns and replacements
  • Ordinary business correspondence such as stock notices, program updates and answers to questions you have asked us
  • Keeping the records a wholesale business is required to keep, including invoices and shipping documents

We do not sell, rent or trade your contact information. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers or list resellers, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile of you or your company.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies and performs no cross site tracking. There are no advertising pixels, no social network trackers, no remarketing tags and no data brokers watching your visit. We do not follow you from this site to any other site.

Any storage the site places in your browser is strictly necessary storage. It exists only to make the contact form work correctly and to protect that form from automated abuse, and it is cleared when the browser session ends or shortly after. If we ever add an analytics tool, it will be one that reports aggregate page counts without identifying individual visitors, and we will describe it on this page before turning it on.

Spam protection

Instead of an external captcha service, our contact form uses a proof of work challenge that we host ourselves. Before your message is accepted, your browser is asked to solve a short computational puzzle. Solving it takes a moment for one honest visitor and becomes expensive for a machine trying to send thousands of messages.

The entire challenge runs inside your browser. Nothing about you, your message, your device or your browsing behavior is sent to an outside captcha provider, and no vendor script from a third party is loaded to watch how you move through the page. We chose this approach specifically so that protecting our inbox would not cost you your privacy.

How long we keep information

Business correspondence is retained for as long as it is useful to the business relationship and for as long as any applicable record keeping obligation requires. Transaction records such as quotations, invoices, shipping documents and customs paperwork are kept for the periods required by tax and trade rules.

Messages that never lead to a business relationship are cleared out of the sales mailbox during routine housekeeping. Server access logs held by our hosting provider are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out automatically.

Sharing with service providers

We share information only with the small number of vendors that make the website and our email work:

  • A web hosting and content delivery provider that stores the site files and serves the pages you request
  • An email delivery and mailbox provider that carries your contact form message to our sales team and holds our correspondence
  • Where an order is placed, the carriers and freight forwarders that need a name, address and phone number to deliver your shipment

These vendors act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order or lawful request from a government authority.

Data security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, so anything you type into the contact form is protected in transit between your browser and our hosting provider. Access to the sales mailbox is limited to the members of our team who handle quotations, orders and warranty claims, and those accounts are protected by strong credentials.

No card numbers, bank details or other payment credentials are handled through this website. Payment arrangements are made separately after an order is confirmed, through the channels named on your invoice. If anyone ever asks you to enter payment information into a page on this site, it did not come from us.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. What we can say is that we keep the attack surface small on purpose: no accounts to breach, no card data to steal and no visitor database to leak.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email info@higatrader.com with your request and the email address or phone number you used to contact us, so we can find the correspondence. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will not charge you for a routine request.

Deletion has one practical limit: records tied to a completed transaction, such as an invoice or an export document, have to be retained for the period the law requires. We will tell you plainly if that applies to your request.

To stop receiving correspondence from us, reply to any message from our team and say so, or write to the address above. Because we do not run a marketing list, an automated newsletter or a drip campaign, there is no subscription to manage. We simply stop writing. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights; rather than sorting visitors by location, we extend the choices described here to everyone.

Children and privacy

This website is directed at businesses and at the people who buy for them. It is not intended for children, it offers nothing that would interest a child, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen years of age. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, write to info@higatrader.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes, as the business changes or as the law changes. The revision date shown at the top of this page always reflects when the current version took effect. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will describe it here in plain terms rather than making it quietly.

How to contact us

Questions about this policy, or about information you have sent us, can go to the postal address below or to our email. Phone is the fastest route during business hours.
