Ways we ship
Six modes, chosen by what the order actually needs
A clip strip reorder and a forty pallet store opening are not the same logistics problem. We quote the mode that fits the shipment rather than defaulting everything to the one that is easiest to book.
Small parcel
Ground and expedited parcel through national carriers for orders up to roughly one hundred fifty pounds. Tracking is issued the same day the order is picked.
Typical transit one to five business days within the continental United States
LTL freight
Palletized less than truckload freight for larger orders, with liftgate and inside delivery available for locations without a dock.
Typical transit two to seven business days depending on lane
Full truckload
Dedicated truckload for large program buys, new store rollouts and multi location distributions, with appointment scheduling at each stop.
Scheduled to your receiving window
Export and container
Consolidated container loading with commercial documentation, preshipment inspection and coordination with your named freight forwarder.
Quoted per destination port
Will call pickup
Local buyers in the New York metropolitan area can arrange pickup from our Valley Stream location by appointment during business hours.
Same day on stocked items with prior confirmation
Drop ship

The ship window
Before 2 PM Eastern, out the door inside twenty four hours
The commitment applies to stocked items, which is the overwhelming majority of what we sell.
An order approved before 2 PM Eastern on a business day is picked, checked, packed and handed to the carrier within twenty four hours. Orders that land after the cutoff join the following morning pick. We publish the cutoff rather than quoting a vague same day promise because a buyer planning a weekend sale needs to know precisely which side of the line a Thursday afternoon order falls on.
Tracking is issued the same day the order is picked, sent to the email on the account and repeated on the invoice. You do not have to ask where the shipment is, and you should never be in the position of calling us to find out whether something shipped.
Items that require a factory run, a custom pack or private label printing sit outside the twenty four hour window by definition. Those carry a stated lead time on the quote, normally between two and five weeks. When an order mixes stocked and factory run lines we will ask whether you want the stocked portion released immediately or the whole order held and shipped complete, because the right answer depends on your freight cost and your shelf, not on our convenience.

States served plus export markets
Valley Stream, New York, on the edge of the city
Sitting at 5 Idell Road, Valley Stream, NY 11508, we are minutes from the Belt Parkway and inside the densest carrier network in the country. That geography is the single largest reason our northeast buyers see one and two day ground transit at ground rates, and why a Nassau County or Queens store can order in the morning and receive the next day without paying for expedited service. Local buyers can also arrange will call pickup by appointment during business hours, which turns an urgent replenishment into a same day problem instead of a next week problem.
Transit expectations
Typical ground transit by region, stated honestly
These are the ranges we observe on our own lanes out of Valley Stream. They are typical rather than guaranteed. Carrier networks are affected by weather, volume peaks and the specific service level on the shipment, and any distributor who publishes a single guaranteed number for every destination is describing a wish rather than a network.
Northeast
New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania
- Parcel ground
- 1 to 2 business days
- LTL freight
- 1 to 3 business days
Our home lane. A large share of northeast parcel volume delivers the next business day on ground service at no premium, simply because the distance is short.
Mid Atlantic
Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Ohio
- Parcel ground
- 2 to 3 business days
- LTL freight
- 2 to 4 business days
Dense carrier coverage and short hauls. Freight into the Baltimore and Washington corridor is one of the more predictable lanes we run.
Southeast
The Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky
- Parcel ground
- 3 to 4 business days
- LTL freight
- 3 to 6 business days
Florida in particular runs longer than the map suggests because of the length of the peninsula. Plan south Florida deliveries with an extra day of buffer.
Midwest
Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa
- Parcel ground
- 3 to 4 business days
- LTL freight
- 3 to 6 business days
Chicago is a major freight crossroads, which helps transit times into the region and occasionally hurts them during winter weather events.
West and Mountain
California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Texas
- Parcel ground
- 4 to 6 business days
- LTL freight
- 5 to 9 business days
The longest domestic lanes we run. Buyers on the west coast usually order in larger, less frequent shipments, and expedited parcel is available when a date is fixed.
Read these as ranges, not promises
Transit days count business days from carrier pickup, not from when you approved the quote. Expedited parcel and guaranteed freight service are available on any lane when a delivery date is fixed, and we will quote them rather than let you hope a standard service arrives in time for a weekend promotion.
Packing standards
Packed so it arrives the way it left
Freight damage is expensive for everybody, and almost all of it traces back to how the shipment was built rather than how it was driven.
Accessories are light, dense and easy to crush, which is a difficult combination on a freight network that stacks pallets three high. We build outbound shipments with that in mind. Cartons are sized so they are full rather than partially loaded and voided out, because a half empty carton collapses under the pallet above it. Mixed pallets are stacked with the heaviest cases at the base, squared to the pallet edge so nothing overhangs, and wrapped on all four sides through the top course.
Every shipment carries a packing list on the outside of the wrap and a duplicate inside the lead carton, both showing the purchase order number, the line items and the carton count. Check the carton count against that list at the moment of delivery. It takes thirty seconds and it is the single most useful thing a receiving clerk can do to protect a claim.
- Retail packaged items shipped in their original inner packs so the case count on the invoice matches the case count you open
- Bulk and polybagged product double boxed when the outer carton would otherwise carry the product weight
- Lithium items packed to carrier requirements with the correct outer markings applied at the time of packing
- Pallets stretch wrapped on all four sides, corner boarded on mixed loads and banded when the stack exceeds five feet
- Mixed pallets built heaviest at the base with a packing list taped to the outside of the wrap and a duplicate inside
- Pallet height kept under the common receiving limits unless you tell us your dock can take more
Damage and shortage claims
Notify us within five business days of delivery with the purchase order number and photographs. Photograph the pallet before it is broken down if the wrap or the cartons look compromised, then photograph the damaged units themselves. With that evidence we issue a replacement or a credit, and we run the carrier claim on your behalf rather than handing you a claim number and a phone tree. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign it. A signed clean receipt makes a freight claim considerably harder for everyone involved.
Tracking, from pick to delivery
Parcel tracking numbers are emailed the same day the order is picked. Freight shipments receive a carrier name, a pro number and the terminal contact, plus an appointment confirmation on any delivery that requires one. If a shipment goes quiet on the network for more than a day we chase the carrier before you notice, because finding out about a lost pallet from your customer is not an acceptable way to find out.
Regulated and international freight
Lithium cells and export paperwork, handled properly
Two areas where a distributor either does the work or quietly pushes the risk onto the buyer. We do the work.
Why UN38.3 documentation matters on every power bank
Power banks, wireless earbuds, portable speakers, smart watches and anything else containing a lithium cell are classified as dangerous goods in transport. That is not a formality invented by carriers. A lithium cell that fails in a shipping container behaves very differently from a crushed phone case, and the entire regulatory structure exists because of that difference.
UN38.3 is the transport test standard every lithium cell and battery pack must pass before it can move legally. It covers altitude simulation, thermal cycling, vibration, shock, external short circuit, impact, overcharge and forced discharge. The output is a test summary that identifies the exact cell and pack tested.
We hold that summary on file for every lithium product we carry, along with the safety data sheet, and we supply both with your order on request. Shipments are packed to the carrier state of charge and packaging rules with the correct outer markings applied at packing time. A supplier who cannot produce a UN38.3 summary for a power bank is a supplier whose shipment can be refused, held or fined at the carrier, and that exposure lands on the consignee as often as on the shipper.
Container documentation for overseas buyers
We run consolidated container programs into North America, the Caribbean, Latin America and West Africa. A mixed container lets a buyer overseas assemble a full accessory assortment across categories and suppliers in one load rather than paying ocean freight several times over for partial shipments.
Every export order ships with a complete document set so your customs broker is not chasing us for paperwork while the box sits at the port accruing demurrage.
- Commercial invoice with harmonized tariff codes on every line
- Detailed packing list showing carton count, gross and net weight and cube
- Certificate of origin where the destination requires one
- UN38.3 test summaries and safety data sheets on all lithium lines
- Preshipment inspection with photographs and video before the container is sealed
- Coordination with your named freight forwarder and booking reference
Planning a shipment
Tell us the destination and we will quote the freight with the goods
Freight is stated on the quote rather than added as a surprise on the invoice. Send the delivery address, the receiving hours and whether the location has a dock or needs a liftgate, and the number you approve is the number you pay.
