By visiting or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.

These terms govern your use of the website. They do not replace the terms printed on a written quotation, an order confirmation or an invoice from Higa Trader LLC. Where those documents differ from this page, the documents that form your order control.

This website is informational. It describes the categories we distribute, how we source and inspect product, the industries we supply and how to work with us. It exists so a buyer can decide whether to ask us for a quotation.

It is not an online store. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, no customer account and no order portal. The site displays no live pricing and no live inventory, and no quantity shown here should be read as a stock commitment.

Nothing published on this website is a binding offer to sell. Product listings, descriptions and category pages are invitations to inquire. Price, availability, case pack and lead time become real only on a written quotation issued to you.

Higa Trader LLC sells at wholesale to businesses. We do not sell to consumers and we do not fill single unit retail orders. Before a first order we ask for a resale certificate, a business license, a tax registration or the equivalent registration for your jurisdiction, along with the billing and shipping details we need to invoice and deliver correctly.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you give us, for keeping them current, and for collecting and remitting any tax due on your resale of the goods. You are also responsible for confirming that the products you order may lawfully be imported, sold or used in the market where you intend to sell them.

Quotations are issued in writing and state the item, the case pack, the unit price, the quantity and the expected lead time. Unless a quotation says otherwise, the pricing on it is held for thirty days from the date of issue.

A quotation is an invitation to order, not a contract on its own. An order is formed only when a quotation is confirmed in writing by both parties, meaning you accept it in writing and we acknowledge that acceptance in writing. Until that happens, no stock is reserved and no price is locked.

Product specifications, packaging, carton counts, artwork and availability can change between quotations. Factories revise their goods, and lots sell through. A change is reflected on the next quotation rather than applied to an order already confirmed. If a confirmed item becomes unavailable before it ships, we will tell you promptly and offer a substitute, a revised date or a release of the line.

Product descriptions, images, category listings and specification notes on this website are provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we reasonably can. Images are representative of a category or a style rather than an exact rendering of the unit you will receive.

Manufacturers update specifications, packaging and labeling without notice, and a description written months ago may describe a prior revision. The controlling description of what you are buying is the one printed on your written quotation and order confirmation, not the one on a web page.

If a detail matters to your program, such as a connector type, a wattage rating, a cable length, a chipset or the language on retail packaging, confirm it in writing before you place the order. We would far rather answer the question than process the return.

Device brand names, model names and logos that appear anywhere on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used here for one purpose only: to describe which devices an accessory is designed to fit.

Higa Trader LLC supplies third party and generic branded accessories. We are not an authorized dealer, agent or licensee of the device manufacturers named on this site, and we do not represent that any accessory we sell is an original manufacturer part unless a quotation says so explicitly.

Nothing on this website should be read as a claim of affiliation with, sponsorship by, approval from or endorsement by any device manufacturer. A reference such as compatible with a named handset describes fit and nothing more.

The text, layout, photography, illustrations, icons, structure and code that make up this website are owned by Higa Trader LLC or used with permission, and are protected by United States and international copyright law. The Higa Trader name, logo and visual identity are our marks.

You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use, such as evaluating us as a supplier or circulating a category list inside your company. You may not republish, sell, license, frame or repackage the content, present it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse your business, without our written permission.

When you use this site, you agree to the following.

• Do not scrape, crawl, mirror or harvest the site or its content, whether by script, automated agent or manual bulk copying, in order to build a database, a competing catalog or a marketing list.
• Do not submit the contact form by automated means, submit it repeatedly in bad faith, or use it to send advertising, solicitations, recruiting pitches or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, bypass or defeat the spam protection on the contact form, and do not probe, scan or test the security of any part of the site without our written permission.
• Do not overload the site with excessive requests, and do not attempt to gain access to any system, file or account that was not made available to you.
• Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe a trademark or copyright, or to misrepresent who you are or who you work for.

We may block access from any address, network or account that does these things, without notice and without limiting any other remedy available to us.

Product sold by Higa Trader LLC carries a twelve month warranty against manufacturing defect, running from the invoice date. Units that fail within that window because of a manufacturing defect are credited or replaced at our option once they are returned and verified.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, normal wear, or product that has been opened, altered or repackaged after delivery. It also does not cover loss of profit or any other consequential loss arising from a defective unit.

Returns of product that is not defective are considered case by case. Such a request should reach us within thirty days of the invoice date, applies to unopened stock in original cartons in resalable condition, and may carry a restocking charge. Every return, warranty or otherwise, needs a return authorization number issued by us before it ships.

This is a summary. The inspection, testing and certification work behind the warranty is described on our quality and compliance page, and the terms printed on your quotation and invoice control if they differ from this summary.

This section concerns the website itself and is separate from the product warranty described above. Nothing here limits the warranty on goods you buy from us.

The website and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, that defects will be corrected, or that every description, figure or reference published here is current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Higa Trader LLC and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or connected with your use of this website, even if we have been advised that such damages were possible.

Our total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Liability relating to goods you actually purchase is governed by the terms of the applicable quotation and invoice rather than by this page.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Higa Trader LLC and its owners, employees and suppliers from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

This website links to outside resources such as manufacturers, carriers, testing laboratories, certification bodies and industry references. We do not operate or control those sites, we do not endorse everything published on them, and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability or the way they handle your information. Following a link is at your own discretion and at your own risk.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of this website or its content, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to venue in those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may revise these terms as the website and the business change. The revision date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms. Terms already printed on a quotation, an order confirmation or an invoice are not changed by a later revision of this page.
